What makes Laos a great MICE destination?
Luang Prabang is a UNESCO world heritage site and an old royal city in a part of Laos that is dominated by jungle and boasts 30 Buddhist temples of an unbelievable beauty and atmosphere. You will not find mass tourism here, making incentives especially enchanting. When the Buddhist monks walk through the streets every morning, the spectator is equally filled with a wonderful sense of harmony and respect. The perfect flight connection with Vietnam and Thailand, the high standard of accommodation as well as the various catering options make Laos very attractive for event planners. Groups can embark on an adventure on a bike to go to a remote and authentic village, make a boat trip to the Pak Ou caves with their thousands of Buddha statues or discover the capital city of Vientiane. The most important places of interest are Luang Prabang, the Mekong river and the south privinces of Laos located along the Mekong.
