Destination Management Company (DMC) Iceland

It is said that heaven and earth meet in Iceland - and that is no coincidence. At any time of the year, visitors to this northern destination witness unique natural spectacles that cannot be found anywhere else: Glaciers, geysers, bubbling thermal springs, bizarre volcanic landscapes, the midnight sun in summer... The land of ice & fire is simply something very special.

Iceland is MICEland - breathtaking incentives with Amazing DMC

Iceland is back again! With the MICE agency Amazing DMC we have a small but very fine Iceland DMC on board. The incoming agency Amazing has been around since 2004, and in 2021 the incentive department was established with the addition of Berglind Magnúsdóttir. She has years of experience in the MICE business.

Amazing DMC's founder, Jón Kristinn, has an obvious love for his home country. It is therefore not surprising that this certain 'spark' is also transferred to the group and incentive programs of the Destination Management Company/DMC for Iceland. The experienced team finds the right solution for every challenge and transforms your incentives, meetings, conferences and other events in Iceland into something very special. All tailor-made incentive programs in Iceland, even for large groups, feature personalized experiences and breathtaking moments.

The overwhelming landscape scenarios form the backdrop for unforgettable experiences for your incentive participants: How about, for example, an overnight stay in tents on the glacier for a group, a sumptuous "Viking Feast" after an exciting day on four wheels racing across black sand beaches or even a daring barbecue in the middle of the hot crater of an Icelandic volcano? If you want to discover the country's typical food, history and culture, combine this with a trip to the geothermal springs, where it is wonderful to relax.

Whatever you decide, this destination with its elves, trolls and other fairy-tale surprises should be discovered and enjoyed with all your senses, and don't miss out on the varied gourmet options! Your participants will rave about this trip for a very long time - just "amazing"!

The Weather in Reykjavik

Iceland, a breathtaking MICE destination for incentives, events and more

Situated in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, Iceland is ideal for groups craving adventure. Only 3-5 hours from mainland Europe, good things are so close!

Reykjavik, the capital of Iceland, is an excellent MICE location, small, quaint and easy to explore in an afternoon. At the same time, the city's infrastructure is modern, young and stylish.  The city center offers restaurants, shopping, culture and a lively nightlife. Those who want to hold international meetings will find the perfect infrastructure here.

Participants can explore the glaciers of Iceland on an exciting jeep safari or by snowmobile. The Langjökull glacier is the second largest in Europe. Mystical, quiet and peaceful, that might describe the atmosphere - but only a little bit! Geysers, the Gullfoss waterfall and the Thingvellir National Park hold a lot of potential for adventure. A bit of courage and a spirit of adventure are simply part of Iceland: Iceland's underground can also be explored here. At every turn, the land whispers old sagas and stories about the ancient Germanic tribes that once populated Iceland.

Iceland can be both adventurous and comfortable: you don't have to sacrifice comfort and quality for overnight accommodations in Reykjavik. In addition to the already existing selection of boutique and design hotels, which offer capacity from 20 to 400 rooms, more international hotels will soon be added. The restaurants are also among the insider tips in the gourmet scene and always achieve a wow effect with visitors.
