I just wanted to express my heartfelt thanks for the wonderful collaboration around our clients Incentive trip. The preparation and organisation went perfectly, everything ran smoothly, and the team were always very quick to respond, which I truly appreciated. Tina, and Eleni did an outstanding job on site – they were attentive, flexible and extremely helpful, always doing their best to meet both my wishes and those of the client. The group was very happy and really enjoyed Athens, the hotel, all the activities and the selected venues. The client was very satisfied, which means a lot to me – thank you again for your great work, dedication and professionalism. Thank you for this amazing journey and the opportunity to experience the INTOURS team in Croatia und the pitoresk island Hvar in such a special way. Together on site, we created a meaningful and lasting experience that made it hard for the guests of our client (beauty company) and also for our team to even think about leaving 😃. You and the INTOURS team were always there — approachable, solution-oriented, and an active part of every step. For that, we are truly grateful. Combined with your consistently positive energy and great team spirit, this made the project a real success for the client as well. It was a real pleasure working with you again. Ich hatte es ja schonmal direkt nach der Vorreise geschrieben, aber nach weiterem Verlauf und einem wieder sehr guten Call heute möchte ich mich nochmal absolut lobend für Incanto aussprechen. Die Damen sind derart auf Zack, es gab einen Projektleiterwechsel, der mega reibungslos bisher verlief, alle sind bestens im Thema und antworten ebenso freundlich wie schnell. Susanne hat sich heute auch nochmal die Zeit genommen und war mit im Call – ich bin bisher echt sehr, sehr angetan von der Zusammenarbeit mit Incanto und dem Gefühl der Wichtigkeit, die sie den Projekten beimessen. Sie haben tolle Ideen, sie engagieren sich sehr und die Zusammenarbeit macht echt Spaß.
Danke für die tolle Empfehlung. Gerade da wir Italien jetzt wieder verstärkt anbieten wollen, ist das natürlich super, so einen zuverlässigen und starken Partner zu kennen.

Das, was Maria und ihr Team leistet, ist DMC-Handwerk vom Feinsten! In Maria fand ich eine hochintelligente Frau, gepaart mit Empathie, Innovation, Fleiß und dem Sinn für die wesentlichen, manchmal auch kritischen Themen! Ebenso muss ich ihr für die Zusammenstellung ihres Teams aufrichtig gratulieren! Mit Tina hat sie eine wunderbare Mitarbeiterin, die trotz der kurzen Zeitspanne bei Event Makers den Überblick hat und sich in allen Belangen wie ein Langzeit-Profi verhält! Ein kongeniales Dream-Team! Müsste ich das berühmte „Haar in der Suppe“ für diese Incentive-Reise suchen, es würde zu lange dauern es zu finden und ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich es fände! Diese Reise war in sämtlichen Belangen nicht zu überbieten und genauso haben es meine Kunden empfunden! Ich vermag meiner Bewunderung für Maria, Tina und Evi vielleicht nur sehr schlecht Ausdruck verleihen, somit bleiben mir nur die Worte: Incentive at its best!!!!!

12 out of 10 :) Unique and kind of untouched destination with a lot of diverse possibilities to offer. Short distances all over the island which makes it perfect to visit and experience literally everything and all sides. Everybody's welcoming and takes you all straight in as part of the "island family".
Despite the weather, which put a spanner in the works, it was superbly organised. The programme was rearranged flexibly and Carmo was always there to answer any questions. She also provided the information needed. Very tough, competent and fun person!! The food, the cheese, the bread and the wine...delicioso. 100% recommendable.

Azores - a mystic group of islands in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. Jungle, volcanos, beautiful nature. All reachable in short distance. From canyoning to the beach in less than 20min. Friendly people, great food and nicely to be combined with Portugals capital Lisbon. My recommendation!

We are very impressed by the service and the constant friendly availability of the whole team. We felt very well looked after at all times and are delighted with the preparation and execution of the event. Especially the technical support during our evening event was unbelievably good! We would particularly like to highlight the organization of the airport transfer and the structure and variety of the team building programs. Our customers and colleagues were impressed by the professionalism. To summarize, it was really a very good cooperation. Nach zahlreichen europäischen Städten haben wir mit unserer Incentive Veranstaltung in diesem Jahr Bilbao besucht. Mit RTA an unserer Seite haben sich nicht nur unsere Gäste vor Ort wohlgefühlt sondern auch wir als Event-Team haben uns zu jeder Zeit in guten Händen gewusst. Elisabeth hat sich auch um besonders spontane Wünsche immer gekümmert. Ein großes Dankeschön geht an das gesamte Team und wir hoffen, dass wir in den nächsten Jahren noch einmal zusammenarbeiten.

The INTOURS team gave us a very good insights into the possibilities of organising events in the Sibenik and Hvarregion. The FamTrip was professionally and wellorganised, and the on-site support was competent andcordial. If it were possible to incorporate this part ofbeautiful Croatia into an event, Intours would be theperfect DMC for it. Thanks also to STRproMICE for thepreliminary organisation and support.

That was really one of the best fam trips I have ever experienced. Thanks to everyone for the hospitality, the organization in advance and on site and the great atmosphere. Mykonos is definitely a place you have to be (and should come back to).

This trip to Mykonos was a trip that not only gave us as event planners a detailed overview of the many possibilities on the island, but also showed us how important it is to have good partners. STR proMICE, who together with Event Makers DMC, Leading Hotels Of The World and Air Partner, not only created an outstanding experience that provided plenty of inspiration for further concepts, but were also incredibly great hosts and were able to connect us directly with the local contacts. Unsere Veranstaltung war super. Mit Event Makers DMC an unserer Seite hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Maria und Nour sind einfach fantastisch, machen einen wundervollen Job und sind so herzliche Menschen. Der Abschied fiel uns nicht leicht.

Unsere Kunden waren bei Exclusively Morocco in den besten Händen und das ganz ohne unsere Begleitung! Das ausgewählte Riad und der Service waren perfekt und das Team rund um Essaid Faiq, einschließlich Tayib und Khalid, war außergewöhnlich fürsorglich und sehr gut organisiert. Die Stadt-Rallye war ein echtes Highlight, die Restaurants haben absolut überzeugt und das Willkommensgeschenk wurde dankend geschätzt. Dank der hohen Qualität und dem Engagement des Teams freuen wir uns, Gruppen auch künftig vertrauensvoll nach Marrakesch zu senden – mit oder ohne unsere Begleitung. Danke dafür!

Einfach nur WOW! Wir hatten eine wunderschöne und perfekte Reise nach Marrakesch. Das gesamte Team war unglaublich gut organisiert und koordiniert. Die Zusammenarbeit mit Christina und ihrem Team war rundum perfekt.

Wir waren letzte Woche mit einer Gruppe in Krakau unterwegs und wollen nochmals ein Lob aussprechen für die Top DMC Creative Poland! Monika hat uns sehr professionell bei der Gruppe unterstützt. Wir schätzen Ihre sympathische, engagierte und ruhige Art. Die Gruppe haben wir persönlich begleitet, die Gäste waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Service – im Speziellen von der Kommunistischen Tour sehr begeistert, Essen im Szara Ges und Salzbergwerk Wieliczka top Service, professionell und ausgezeichnete Küche. Die Reiseleitung Ela konnte mit Ihrem Charme und Humor begeistern.
Wir sind Monika sehr dankbar für Ihre genaue und tolle Unterstützung und werden uns gerne wieder an sie wenden, wenn wir Anfragen für Polen haben werden.

On behalf of my client I would like to say thank you to all of your professional and really kind team! It was a blast working with Imran & Cassandra on this project and everybody of the group really enjoyed 3 days in Malta and Gozo. Durch Covid mussten wir unsere Reise nach Dublin leider zwei Mal verschieben. Sandra ist neu in das Projekt reingerutscht und obwohl es sicherlich nicht einfach für sie war, hat sie einen super Job und unsere Reise somit zu einem Erfolg gemacht. Wir kommen wieder!

Vielen Dank an Pawel und das gesamte Team! Bereits zum zweiten Mal hat er eine absolute Last Minute Anfrage gerettet und gemeistert. Kommunikation, Programm und Durchführung

After I had the special opportunity to participate in a famtrip to Oman, I came back with wonderful experiences, pictures and memories. Many thanks to STR proMICE, Magic Arabia and Oman Air and many many great local partners. The combination of sea, mountains, desert, luxury, hospitality and great food makes the special experience in Oman. My personal highlights were the hiking at Via Ferrata and the night in the wonderful Magic Camp. Oman I would definitely like to come back!
